Project Details    BHP Billiton Iron Ore engaged Process 26 to complete the engineering design of a 5.0Mtpa Iron Ore Crushing Plant.
The design brief included the following criteria:

• Modular Construction
• Maximum Compliance with WAIO Standards
• Transportable by readily available equipment
• Expandable to 10 Mtpa by addition of further modules
• Relocation time to be less than 12 weeks

Processes 26 used its in-house expertise coupled with selected external resources to fully detail and engineer each of the following modules:

• Apron Feeder
• Primary Station
• Secondary Station
• Screening Station
• Sample Stations
• Conveying and Stacking Modules
