Process 26 was engaged by Kimberley Metals group to perform the installation works on a barge loading facility in Wyndham in Western Australia. The facility consisted of a feed hopper arrangement, a 900m overland conveyor and a pontoon mounted stacker and feed conveyor. 

Process 26 worked with the client to develop an installation budget, and then converted this to a schedule of rates contract. Our engineering expertise was employed to produce the “issued for construction” civil drawings, and provide project management experience. 

The scope of works was to supply all supervision, construction labour and equipment to complete the installation of the facility. This scope also included coordination and supervision of the belt installation, and Process 26 also provided assistance with commissioning.  

Process 26 was further engaged to provide a maintenance program for the installation.
