Process 26 was engaged by Territory Resources for the design, procurement and construction of a 50tph spirals circuit for processing of the iron ore fines during the wet season.

This circuit was required to be integrated into an existing wet screening plant, and allowed the removal of the ultrafine fraction of material which was pumped to the tails storage facility.

In consultation with the equipment suppliers Process 26 completed the sizing and selection of equipment resulting in the plant consisting of

  1. Five mineral technologies triple start spiral concentrators – 3 rougher and two middlings,
  2. one desliming and two Concorde dewatering cyclones, and
  3. four Weir Warman slurry pumps.

Process 26 completed all aspects of the project including process design, civil, structural, mechanical, piping and electrical design, installation and site commissioning.
