Process 26 was engaged by Downer Mining for the design and supply of a two stage modular sample station to be integrated with their 1000tph mobile crushing plant at the Roy Hill mine site.  The sampling system consisted of a skid mounted primary sampler and a skid mounted secondary sampler connected by two custom designed transfer conveyors.

Process 26 completed the process design and equipment selection to ensure compliance with the iron ore ISO sampling standards.  The system consisted of an FL Smidth linear cross cute sampler, a linear secondary cross cut sampler and a four bucket sample collection system.

Process 26 completed the design of all transfer chutes, collection buckets,  conveyors and electrics.  The sample station was commissioned in Perth and Process 26 then provided on site construction supervision.  The plant was commissioned on site 6 weeks after engagement.
