Process 26 was engaged by Mining and Civil to design and supply an ISO 3082 compliant sample station for their Koolyanooka Iron ore Contract.

Key design requirements were the ability of the plant to integrate with an existing mobile crushing facility, perform consistent and reliable sampling of an iron ore product in compliance with ISO standards, and be reliable in operation.

Process 26 performed the mass balance calculations and the equipment selection. Detailed design of the sample station was performed in house.

The design incorporated a two piece skid mounted assembly for ease of transport, a chain driven primary sampler for reliability and ease of maintenance, and hydraulic drive motors throughout for compatibility.

ll conveyors use conventional readily available three roll trough idler sets.

Once fabricated, a full trial assembly was performed prior to transport to site. Our onsite construction crew assembled the unit onsite and commissioning was undertaken.
