Process 26 was engaged by Atlas Iron to assist with the commissioning activities at the Stockyard No 2 Iron Ore export facility.

This facility was designed to integrate into an existing stockyard facility. The key criterion was to ensure that there would be no disruptions to the existing operations, whilst delivering an efficient commissioning exercise for the new facility.

Seven commissioning zones were identified:

• Storm Water and Process Water
• Power Generation
• Electrical Reticulation and Communications
• Truck Loading
• Stockyard Reclaim Feeders
• Reclaim Conveyor and Feeder
• Office, Security and Workshop Facilities

Process 26 supplied commissioning management personnel and discipline engineers, as well as trained and competent technicians and tradespersons.

To ensure an integrated solution, all documentation was produced in-house and  designed to be compliant  with existing Atlas Iron processes and procedures.
