Process 26 was engaged by Territory Resources to provide a solution for the material build up issues they were experiencing in their ore beneficiation plant ROM bin due to the wet sticky material.

The final solution was a new reclaim hopper and belt feeder to replace the vibrating feeder system. 

The new hopper was designed to be supported by the existing main bin structure to minimise the project costs.

Process 26 completed the design, fabrication and installation of the 30m3 hopper and belt feeder over a 7 week period.  The works included all civil, structural/ mechanical and electrical activities.

The new hopper allowed the beneficiation plant to achieve its name plate capacity.
